Bon Voyage

Today's workshop had all of the Ladies Ship Shape .We made two cards with a Nautical theme which can be used for many occasions.

Baker Twine,Embossed backgrounds and Ribbon add texture to this card.The card was randomly stamped to give a distress look and then an embossed matt is embellished with die-cuts,stamped images,ribbon and twine before being glued to the card.

The stamp set used is from Woodware (ADS105)

A Buoy makes a wonderful embellishment and is so easy to make.Die-cut a plain circle and two rings (1 x plain and 1 x patterned).Cut the patterned ring in half and then cut one half in half again.Taking these two pieces attach them to the plain ring at the top and bottom.Wrap twine around several times to cover the end of the patterned cardstock. Stamp the plain circle and then layer them together.Attach twine to make a hanger.
