A BIG THANK YOU

to everyone who came to our Macmillan Coffee Morning yesterday and to those who couldn't make it , but donated .

Also a thank you to those people who donated Raffle prizes because without you we couldn't make it happen.

We raised a whopping £321.26 which will help people living with Cancer.

 What a fabulous day we had yesterday.

Not only did we have a card making workshop , but also the Macmillan Coffee morning.

Fun and laughter was had by all!

The ladies made three Christmas cards with a bauble theme .Using metallic watercolour paints and mica pigments for the beautiful shimmer effect on the embossed baubles.

 Christmas MDF Plaque .

What a lovely craft workshop this morning.

Everybody had fun creating a beautiful plaque.

We all started with the same materials , but using different coloured acrylic paint the results were amazing.

Painted with Matt Chalk Acrylic ,stamped and snowflakes added. The baubles are stamped, heat embossed and coloured with distress inks. Fluffy stuff was added , sprinkled with glamour dust for the effect of snow .The plaque was trimmed with die-cut foliage and small pine cones.
