Spots + Stipes
We went for a bit of a change with this weeks workshop focusing on Masculine cards, which can quite often be overlooked. This workshop looked at using material you have to hand in your craft room and adapting them to make unique patterns and styles.
The cards were created using blue and brown tones and blending them together. You can use either a punch or die cut to create your circles, which have been used on both the first and last cards. For the first card, simply cut the circles in half and place accordingly, in this case Yvonne has placed the circles on an embossed piece of card to give extra texture. The 2nd card used layering techniques and creating a flag banner. The third card is just a mixed array of circles, completed with an embellished strip. All finished of with a sentiment stamp.
