On Saturday our crafty ladies made this beautiful feminine alternative to a grungy steampunk top hat
“Pink-a-licious”
Materials: MDF top hat kit, IZink spray inks, flower foam in Off-white (25.4124), cardstock, netted fabric in silver, Distress Ink pad in Worn Lipstick, Starlights Metalic Paint in Antique Paint, and adhesive.
Tool: Dies: Sue Wilson dies: Finishing Touches - Whimsical Leaves (CED1483) & Oak Leaf Swag (CED1493), Cheery Lynn Designs - Quaterfoil A2 Frame 2 (FRM154) & 3D Rose2 (B703), Spellbinders Shapeabilities - Spiral Blossom two (S4-352); Woodware stamp - Vintage Circles (FRS665); Daisy Lace.
Techniques: assembling & decorating a 3D top hat (MDF) with mix media, i.e. paint-spraying, stamping, die-cutting, matt- layering, embellishing.
