This Crafter's Companion Roaring 20's collection shows that the 1920s was an era of dramatic social and political change. From the birth of the Jazz Age to the elegance and opulence of the Flapper Girls the twenties had it all. The fashion style of this fantastic era was a huge shift from the decade before, especially for women, with waistlines descending and hemlines rapidly rising. Floral prints, soft pastels and the sharp angular lines and bold statement colours of the Art Deco movement burst onto the scene, with feathered accessories, statement piece jewellery and hand-held fans all becoming the must-have items in a Flapper Girl's dressing room.
