“Framed Flowers”
This week our customers created these two beautiful cards.
Materials: Foundation card in white, black and pink, Pixie Powder in Aubergine Dream & Spearmint; Cosmic Shimmer® Shimmer Spray in a bottle; Distress Ink pad in Peeled Paint, Mustard Seed, Dusty Concord, Bundled Sage; Metallic Gilding Wax in Pewter, Embossing clear powder, 15mm ribbon (seam binding) in sea moss, and adhesive.Tools:
Sue Wilson’s Embossing folder Sublime Swirls (EF3D-001); Sue Wilson’s Dies to Die for: Tropical Pansies (UMS748) and Vintage Iris (UMS790); Cheery Lynn Designs® Frame dies: French Lattice (FRM133) and Quaterfoil A2 Frame 1(FRM153) or (FRM 154); Heat iron, Ranger’s® Distress marker in Black Soot, and a paintbrush.
Techniques: Die-cutting, Stamping, Embossing and Heat embossing, Ink pads used as water colours, Matt and Layering, Cutting with Scissors, Embellishing with Pixie Powders and more.
