This product is a water-based medium with sand texture which has larger
particles than Cosmic Shimmer Grit Paste to produce even greater depth of
texture. It can be used as a base coat before painting or mixed with other
coloured Cosmic Shimmer mediums achieving a multitude of effects for
papercrafting, home décor or mixed media projects.
