Another week has gone by so quickly and we have had another workshop.

We have used Invertage and Pyramage toppers to create these cards. The one above is a foldie card .Take a piece of white cardstock and cut it 297mm x 150mm. With the card horizontal, working from the outside edge score at 9cm and 15cm. Mountain fold the 9cm score line and Valley fold the 15cm score line. The background cardstock is cut to 14.5cm x 14cm,make up the invertage topper ,tie ribbon around the topper ,attach two punched strips, one either side and then mount onto background card.
The front panel of the card- cut a piece of cardstock 8.5cm x 14.5cm,a piece 8cm x 14cm which is embossed,a piece 6.5cm x 8cm and a piece 6cm x 7.5cm .These are all layered together with the Pyramage topper which has been trimmed down to fit.Finish with two strips of cardstock which are punched with a border.

This card is a Concertina Box card. The back is an A5 piece of cardstock and the front is made from another piece of A5 cardstock.
The concertina folds are made by following the diagram below and an aperture is cut using the top layer of the Invertage as a guide.Attach top layer of the invertage .

Mark the other piece of A5 cardstock top and bottom at 5.5cm and 15.5cm as a guide for positioning the concertina box.Attach the rest of the Invertage topper within these marks and then attach the concertina Box over the topper.
Trim the sides of the card with cardstock -2 x  (a piece 5cm x 14.5cm,a piece 4.5cm x 14cm) layered together ,one has ribbon tied around before attaching and the other side is trimmed with a sentiment of choice.
