Rossettes are made from double sided paper strips 12" x 1",punched along the edge and then folded concertina style following the punched pattern.Join in a circle, push edge into centre and glue.Attach a small circle either side to hold together.Decorate with Buttons tied with ribbon.

Decoupage Faerie Poppet

This decoupage sheet comes with co-ordinating background paper which has been cut into squares and placed to create a mosaic background.

The decoupaged topper is layered onto a matt cut using a Spellbinders Nestabilities and the card has been embellished with Colour Me Flowers inked on the edges and Spellbinders Flourishes.
