Spring is here and we are in spring mood…

Before Easter our ladies created two wonderful cards with new Nellie Snellen Layered Stamp sets.
 “Flower Frenzy” 
  

Materials used: Foundation paper card in white, 

12x12 paper in Gecko Green, Marine Blue & Black, A4 paper in Violet & Iris; Papermania 8x8 cards with envelopes (PMA 151401); organza ribbons in black stripes (10mm) & purple (15mm), cotton ribbon in light blue (15mm). Tzukineko Brilliance Ink DewDrops in Lavender, Sky Blue & Thyme; Stickles in Turquose a& Diamond, and adhesive.

Tools used: Embossing folder Dahlia Garden (EF-081), Nellie Snellen Clear Layered Stamps Flower Border-3 (LCS003) and Flower Wreath-1 (LCS001), Inverted corner punch.

Techniques used: Stamping, Cutting, Matting & Layering, Embellishing.

 Easter

.

Foundation card in white and cream, green and light blue, brown and yellow, lemon yellow; Craft Creations Polka Dots paper SR374P, Marianne Design Decoupage Easter Bunnies (VK9555), Creative Die-cuts Esters Friends-Squares (CDT584G), pearls, Happy Easter & Flowers outline stickers by Craft Creations, 5mm green nailheads, 15mm organza ribbon in yellow, Foundation pearl paper in Antique gold.

Tools used:Embossing folders: Small Beaded Fanfare by CE (EFPP-010) and Window Shutter by Darice (1219-409), Blossom Brocade by Sue Wilson (EF-068); Dies: Barrow & Watering Can by Lea’bilities (45.0317), Grass (CR1355) and Garden Fence (COL1423) by Marianne, One of a Kind SPRING by Joy Crafts (6002/0700); Frames & Tags - Lucy by Sue Wilson (CED4326); Punches: Round Corner and Inverted Corner.

What a Day!

Well we hope you enjoyed the John Lockwood demonstration as much as we did, he did a brilliant job of showing just how wonderful the glitter kiss is and the amazing creations you can produce! I think we can all agree that we all learned something new which is always a wonderful thing.
