Graphic 45 have just released a new collection, 'Gilded Lily'. This beautiful new collection was inspired by Marie Antoinette and the luscious and gorgeous French culture. Its stunning pastel colours and imagery will take you to a time full of refinement and sophistication. 

It is now available to order from our website now..

On our website we currently have the Gilded Lady 12 x 12, 8x 8 and 6 x 6 Paper Pads. 

We also have in stock the three coordinating Cling Stamps to the paper. 

All the stamps look gorgeous used individually, although can be paired with the paper to create beautiful cards and projects. Here are some examples taken from Graphic 45's website.

Floral Pop-Up

Floral Pop-Up....


Welcome back Crafters! For this week's workshop, the ladies made this beautiful gate-fold card and this gorgeous Floral Pop-Up Box. Ideal for many occasions and very easy to adapt.   

Our Ladies started with the Pop-Up Box. They created the pop-up card first. Learning to put it together, then decorating it with floral 3D Decoupage. For the finishing touches they added bows and gorgeous paper to the panels. This would be ideal for a birthday or anniversary, however, decorated differently it would perfect for a child's pop-up birthday card. You could easily adapt it to any age range and/or occasion. 

The Box was decorated with the same decoupage paper and bows as the card, but for a slightly different look they punched (using Martha Stewart's Punch Around The Page - Double Loops - PI-M42-60002) onto pink textured card to make the main focal point really stand out. 

Lastly, the Ladies made this gate-fold card with matching green bows and floral decoupage. Using the Sue Wilson - Spanish Collection - Galicia (CE-CED1205) Die, and then layering it with the pink card,  they created a beautiful effect that really catches the eye. Again, would be ideal for a variety of people and occasions.

Old Fashioned Designs....

In our latest Workshop, our Ladies completed the two cards above in preparation for Father's Day (Sunday 21st June), although these cards would be ideal for a variety of occasions. 

Both cards were made using the 'Viva Decor Silicone Stamps - Golden Memories' (CREATIV-24454). With 11 motives and a variety of designs, these Stamps are a great for creating a number of different Masculine Cards. Hemp Cord was used, as seen above, to create a subtle but effective addition, and the 'Marianne Design Craftable Die - Rectangle' (CT- CR1202) really sets off the card and helps create a focal point for the main Stamp. 

For the second card, the Ladies used the 'Golden Memories Stamp Set' once again, however, for a 'twist' to the card, they stamped a piece of paper using 'Golden Memories' and 'Woodware Clear Stamp Sets - Inscriptions (Hours Fly By)' (W-JGCL555). They then used 'X-cut Dielicious  Die - Jigsaw Pieces' (DO- XCU 503231) to Die-cut the paper and created a Jigsaw for the pouch on the front of the card. 

We hope this gives you a few idea's for creating your own Father's Day Cards or Masculine Card Designs.

Mirror Image - Our Latest Workshop.

Mirror Image....

  

This week in our Workshop the ladies created these beautiful cards. Ideal for a variety of occasions.

The Stamp used for this design was Creative Expressions' U-Mount Stamp Set - More Trees (CE-UMMORETRE). The ladies used the stamps to transfer the ink onto Acetate and then onto the card (to create a reflection), after having used Tim Holtz Distress Inks' to create their desired backgrounds.

They then added embellishments to their cards to give them a finished look.

We hope that these cards give you some ideas and inspire you to create something similar.

Our ladies this week created these stunning cards in the workshop .

The NEW Sue Wilson configuration dies - Lattice Arched Adornment ( CED6302)  and Petite Arched Adornment ( CED6301) were used to create the backgrounds.Using the dies give you many combinations to try.

The Shoe stamp is from Creative Expressions called Heart and Soul (UMS028) ,but the same stamp is also included in the Sole Creations stamp set along with other adorable Shoes (UMSOLE).

The card has been finished with a sentiment die-cut using the Sue Wilson die - Happy Birthday (CED5406)
