We had our last workshop of 2025 yesterday so Thank You to all of you that attended. We made a wonderful Votive and Tray set which would make the perfect gift for a crafting friend.

After the workshop, we had our Christmas party....... A buffet lunch with scrumptious cakes and mince pies to follow. The fun and laughter continued with a few festive games including a quiz and Christmas Bingo. There was lots of concentration during the games of Bingo.

We look forward to next year to provide you with lots more wonderful workshops. Hope you can join us.

We made Thank You cards in today's workshop using the new @creativeexpressionscraft Dies to Dot Butterfly Dies (JR-CEDD13). We created backgrounds with napkins and embossing folders and decorated the butterflies with gems to create a selection of beautiful cards....each one different! In today's workshop we made Christmas treat boxes. We made 2 book shaped boxes and 2 triangular boxes decorated with festive papers and embellishments. Perfect for hanging gifts on a tree or for table presents.

Triangle Treat Box

Cut base card 8 1/2 cm x 22 cm .

With long side at the top score at 7cm , 14cm and 21 cm.

With the short side at the top score at 2cm each side.

Cut pattern paper 20 1/2cm x 4 cm and glue across centre.

Cut 2 strips of pattern paper 1 1/2 cm wide and glue 1 strip on each side of centre panel.

Cut out notches as per diagram .

Punch hole in the centre of 1 score line and attach a piece of ribbon in a loop.

Fold to create a triangle shape and glue flap to hold together.

Fold in flaps and decorate as desired.
