There was a feeling of spring in today's "Wings" workshop despite the rain outside! We created two hexagonal butterfly cards, including an easel card, using Presscut Plain hexagons nesting dies and napkins.  What a horrible wet day !

We thought we would spread a little joy by sharing the lovely creations the ladies made this morning in the workshop.

An 8" x 8" board canvas was painted, stencilled and inked to create the background. Circle toppers were blended and stamped then butterflies and other embellishments were added as finishing touches.

We also had a lovely "Stitch" canvas made by one of our younger crafters.

In this weeks workshop we created two cards and a small gift box .

Iris Folding behind the heart apertures using decoupage papers was perfect for these cards with a little bit of stamping for the sentiments and an embossed background which gives a bit of elegance.

'Pretty Petals' was the theme for today's workshop. We made two gatefold style cards using Two Jays stamps CTJJ214 Wild Rose and CTJJ211 Periwinkle which we painted using distressed inks in beautiful spring colours on a background of pretty patterned papers.
